    Getting Started with Zapier Integration

    Connect your AI Chat For Business account with 5,000+ apps through Zapier.
    Requirements
    • Growth or Professional subscription plan
    • A Zapier account (free or paid)

    How to Connect
    1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
    2. Click on the Zapier tab
    3. Click Connect to Zapier button
    4. You'll be redirected to Zapier to authorize the connection
    5. Grant the requested permissions
    6. Return to your dashboard to confirm the connection

    What You Can Automate

    Once connected, you can:
    • Trigger workflows when conversations start, contacts are created, or handoffs are requested
    • Send data to other apps like CRMs, email marketing tools, and spreadsheets
    • Create contacts from other apps automatically

    Disconnecting

    To disconnect Zapier:
    1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Zapier
    2. Click the Disconnect button
    3. Confirm the disconnection


    Note: Disconnecting will stop all active Zaps from working.
