    Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
    • An active Google account with access to Google Drive.
    • A subscription to the Growth or Professional plan.
    • Ensure your browser permissions allow pop-ups for authentication.

    1. Log in to your AI Chat For Business account.
    2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Google Drive.
    3. Click on Connect Google Drive.
    4. You will be redirected to the Google login page. Sign in with your Google account.
    5. Review the permissions requested:

    - Read-only access to your files: This allows the system to view file metadata, read contents for import, and browse folder structures.
    1. Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions.
    2. Once connected, you can start importing files:

    1. Go to Bots > [Your Bot] > Knowledge.
    2. Select Import from Google Drive.
    3. Browse through your folders and choose the files you wish to import.
    4. Click Import to add the selected files to your bot's knowledge base.

    > Note: The integration will only import files you explicitly select. Your files will remain unmodified and secure.
