Connecting Notion Workspace

Import Notion pages and databases to train your AI bots.
Prerequisites

• Notion account (Free or paid)
• Workspace admin or member access
• A Growth or Professional plan subscription

Connection Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Notion
2. Click Connect Notion
3. Log in to Notion if prompted
4. Select pages to share with the integration
5. Click Allow Access

Selecting Content

During authorization, Notion asks which pages to share:

• Select specific pages or databases
• Choose parent pages to include children
• You can modify this later in Notion settings

Permissions

The integration can only access pages you explicitly share:

• Read page content
• View page properties
• Access database entries

We cannot access pages you don't share.
After Connecting

Import content from any bot:

1. Go to Bots > [Your Bot] > Knowledge
2. Click Import from Notion
3. Browse available pages
4. Select and import

Managing Access

To change which pages are shared:

1. Go to Notion Settings
2. Click Connections
3. Find AI Chat For Business
4. Modify page access
