    Connection Issues
    "Authorization Failed"
    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
    2. Log out of HubSpot in all browser tabs
    3. Try connecting again

    "Insufficient Permissions"
    • Ensure your HubSpot user has Super Admin or Account Access permissions

    Sync Issues
    Contacts Not Appearing
    1. Verify contacts exist in HubSpot
    2. Check if sync is enabled in settings

    Duplicate Contacts Created
    • The integration matches by email address
    • Ensure contacts have valid email addresses in HubSpot
    • Check for inconsistent email formats
