    1. Choose the Upload Option: In the Knowledge Base section, locate the button labeled 'Upload Documents'. You will be presented with options to upload different file formats such as PDF, DOCX, TXT, and MD files.

    1. Select Your Files: Click on the 'Upload' button and select the documents you want to add. You can upload multiple files at once to save time. For instance, if you have a PDF containing your product catalog and a DOCX file with your customer service policies, you can upload both in one go.
